News:
1 March 2008
I've not updated anything for ages. But with a Strongbow induced enthusiasm I've added Galaxian and re-linked Donkey Kong and Frogger to Scot Porters new site at www.smashcat.org.
I still need to update the links page though......
10 December 2004
Ok...No updates for a long time...My apologies but since the birth of my son the time seems to have flown by. I've not had chance to develop any further games, but indend to finish Defender sometime. The only other news is that Scott Porter has closed his excellent javascript-games.org site. A great loss...
28 June 2003
The site has had an 800%
increase in visitors for some reason. I can only assume I have been
linked to from somewhere! If you know where, please let men know!
14 June 2003
Well, I started on Defender
but decided that I would rather do Battlezone. So a quick read up
on VRML and linear algebra leads me to belioeve it's possible. I've
got a couple of p[yramids and cubes spinning in 3d and can move
through the world, all I need to do now is add some tanks. Stay
tuned! TG
29 May 2003
I started some time ago
on a version of Defender, but got totally distracted by LOADS of
stuff I
needed to do at home. So I've cheated, and added pages with links
to Donkey Kong and Frogger
from Scott Porter's Javascript Games website. Scott has many more
games on his site and it is regularly updated.
28 March 2003
Minor update to the site.
Fix to Moon Patrol when I overlooked the pre-loading of the
backgrounds. I am looking for suggestions for the next game...I'm
currently considering Defender or
Pole Position. Any suggestions are gladly received by email or via
the message board.
23 March 2003
The new look <Javascript
Arcade> coincides with the relase of my latest game...
Moon
Patrol
Here is a screenshot of the final version. It is available
for play online or download for inclusion
in your own site....enjoy.

My first son was born on 18th September! Still progressing well
with Moon Patrol
24 August 2002

methods in all games to fix problems some were experiencing with
IE6
4 May 2002
Regsitered 'Javascript
Arcade' on WebRing.
29 April 2002
Added an option to
allow the games to be played without sound in an attempt
to reduce download times.
28 March 2002
OK, seems that Macintosh browsers
are having problems with the games. I don't have a Mac
so cannot debug this. Any help
would be appreciated!!
